Straightforward terms for a straightforward studio. No legal theater — just a clear operating agreement between Ardilis and the people who work with us.
These terms govern all engagements between Ardilis and any client or visitor interacting with this studio's services, products, or digital properties. By initiating contact or entering a working relationship, you agree to the operating model described herein.
All code, design systems, and deliverables produced during an engagement are transferred to the client upon full payment unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate written contract. Ardilis retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in effect.
Portfolio & NDA
If you require complete confidentiality around the engagement, a mutual NDA can be arranged before any work begins. Contact us to discuss the terms.
Ardilis delivers software to professional standards with reasonable care. We do not provide warranties beyond what is agreed in individual project contracts. Ardilis is not liable for business losses resulting from the use or unavailability of delivered software beyond the scope of the engagement.
Project work is billed according to individually agreed payment schedules. Cancellations after work has commenced are subject to payment for all work completed to date. Retainer agreements operate on a 30-day cancellation notice period unless otherwise specified.
